Sprockets and plate wheels
Roller has a wide range of sprockets and single, double and triple wheels, with 8 to 125 teeth.
Our standardised sprockets and platewheels are manufactured in steel F-114 (C45) and stainless steel (AISI 304), with standard pitches from 5 mm to 2″. Their dimensions and finishes comply with standard DIN 8187 ISO/R 606.
Sprockets and platewheels are available with different surface treatments: nickel plated, blueing and case hardening, what tends to be known as hardened teeth.
In addition, through our Causer brand, we can offer the option of developing non-standard custom products.
