What data is processed and why
- Contact and quote request forms: name, company, telephone, email, requested references and the message written. The purpose is to answer the enquiry and prepare the quotation.
- Email and telephone: the data provided when writing or calling, for the same purpose.
- No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request where the enquiry is a quotation request (Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and thereafter for the periods required by law.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers supporting the site act as processors under contract.
Enquiry assistant
This site offers an automated assistant for catalogue enquiries. Whatever you type into it, and any audio recorded if you use the microphone, is sent to a language-model technology provider (OpenRouter and the providers it routes the request to) in order to generate the answer and transcribe speech. Those providers act as processors and may be located outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.
The conversation is not linked to any account and is not used to profile anyone; it stays in your browser for the session only. For that same reason: do not type personal or confidential data into the assistant. Use the form, the phone or email instead.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to roller@roller.es with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Accuracy
Whoever provides the data warrants that it is accurate and undertakes to report any changes. Where third-party data is provided, those individuals must have been informed of this policy beforehand.
